DA 95·2399 Federal Communications Commission Record Before the Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 PUBLIC NOTICE Released: November 28, 1995 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS ON SBCS'S REQUEST TO BE CLASSIFIED AS A NON-DOMINANT CARRIER CBPol 95-24 On November 22, 1995, Southwestern Bell Communica tions Services, Inc. (SBCS) filed a petition requesting the Commission to classify SBCS as a non-dominant carrier under the Commission's rules.
