("Alascom") pursuant to a Common Carrier Bureau order approving Alascom's Cost Allocation Plan, ("CAP") which contains methods for ap­ portioning service costs between Bush and Non-Bush loca­ tions in the State of Alaska. See Alascom, Inc., Cost Allocation Plan for the Separation of Bush and Non-Bush Costs, 10 FCC Red 9823. Parties may file comments on Alascom's revised CAP filing by February 22, 1996. Replies should be filed by March 4, 1996. Comments should reference AAD 94-119.
