These amendments, detailed in Appendices A and B attached hereto, are necessary to correct several inadvertant errors and inconsistencies in these rules as they currently appear in the Code of Federal Regulations. Typographical error in definition of "frequency". An extra word, "of is removed. 2. Erroneous references to obsolete application form. In Sections 22.105 and 22.953(a)(4), references to old FCC Form 401 are corrected to refer to the current form, FCC Form 600, which replaced FCC Form 401. 3. Omitted standard forms. In Table B-l in Section 22.105, which lists the standard forms used in the Public Mobile Services, FCC Forms 464 and 464-A are added. These existing forms were unintentionally overlooked when this rule was initially added 4. Correction of address in discontinuance of operation rule. This rule is amended to reflect the current name of the FCC division where authorizations must be submitted for cancellation when station operation is discontinued. 5. Missing frequency tolerance table. Table C-l of Section 22.355 is restored after being inadvertently removed When initially added, this table was erroneously associated with Section 22.357 instead of Section 22.355. Later, when Section 22.357 was amended, it resulted in the unintended removal of Table C-l. 6. Missing cross reference. In Section 22.357, the air-ground emission mask rule (Section 22.861) is cross-referenced, in addition to the paging and cellular emission masks. 7. Typographical error and organizational change in the quiet zone rule. In Section 22.369, paragraph (c)(2), the symbol "t" is corrected to "TC". Additionally, in paragraph (cX3) of that section, the reference to the "Chiefj Field Operations Bureau" is changed to "Chief, Compliance and Information Bureau". 8. Erroneous reference in developmental authorization rule. In Section 22.409(hX2), the reference to paragraph (e) is corrected to refer instead to paragraph (f). 9. Deletion of Note about limitation of the FCCs former mainframe computer. The Note following Section 22.507 concerned a limitation of the software associated with the FCCs mainframe computer, which has since been decommissioned 10. Erroneous reference hi Section 22.509. In Section 22.509, paragraph (c) is corrected to refer to Section 22.131(cX4Xii) of the Commission's Rules, rather than Section 22.13(cX4Xii). 22397 Federal Communications Commission DA 96-1574 11. Erroneous center frequency. In the frequency listing in Section 22.621, under the heading "Public Mobile Pool" and sub-heading "(12.5 kHz bandwidth)", in the second row, second column, the number "959.85625" is changed to "959.86875".
