In this order we address a Petition for Reconsideration ("Petition") filed on June 9, 1995 by SMR/USA, Inc. ("SMR/USA") to cancel the above captioned licenses granted to Metrocall, Inc. ("Metrocall") by Public Notice NCS-95-24-A, released May 10,1995. Subsequent to the filing of SMR/USA's Petition, the Commission rescinded the Metrocall licenses by Public Notice NCS-95-29-A, released June 14, 1995. The Commission's recision of the Metrocall licenses renders the Petition for Reconsideration moot. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the Authority delegated by Section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 154(i), and pursuant to the authority delegated by Section 0.331 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 0.331, that the SMR/USA, Inc.
