Holding Company M. of 1935 ('PUHCA'1. as added by Section 103oftheTelecommunicationsM.of1996, 
Pub. L No. 104-104, filed an application requesting a Commission de.ennination that it is an "exempt 
telecommunications company" C'ETC'l Entergy ETHC Merger Company is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of 
Entergy Corporation, a registered hok:Jing company under PUHCA 
Persons wishing to file comments regarding the adequacy or accuracy of Entergy ETHC Merger's 
application requesting status as an ETC must do so no later than June 11, 1997. All comments shouk:J also
