FILES REVISIONS TO ITS 
COST ALLOCATION MANUAL
On May 30, 1997, the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) filed proposed 
revisions to its cost allocation manual ("CAM") for the separation of Category I and Category 
II costs. These revisions, among other things, provide clarification of NECA's existing cost 
allocation procedures. Parties may file comments on the proposed revisions to NECA's CAM 
no later than July 7, 1997. Replies should be filed by July 21, 1997. Comments should 
reference file number AAD 97-71. A copy of each pleading should be sent to Alicia 
Dunnigan, FCC Common Carrier Bureau, 2000 L Street, N.W., Room 812, Washington, D.C. 
20554 and the International Transcription Service (ITS), 2100 M Street, N.W., Suite 140,
