On November 10,1997, Digital Broadcasting CMS, LLC. and Digvid, Inc., pursuant to Section 
34(aX1) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 CPUHCA"), as added by Section 103 of the 
TeJeoomrmications Mi of 1996, Pub. L No. 104-104, collectively filed an application requesting a 
Corrmssion determination that each is an "exempt teJeccnrnunicatJons company" ("ETC1). Digtal 
Broadcasting CMS, and Digivid are not currently affiiates of any exempt or registered public utility holding 
company under PLHGA.
Persons wshing to file oonriTents regarding the adequacy or accuracy of the collective application of 
Digital Broadcasting CVS and Digivid must do so no later than December 5,1997. Ail curments shoukd 
also be served on the applicant Reply coniTEiits must be filed no later than December 12,1997. All firings 
concerning any of the matters referenced in this Public Notice should refer to File No. ETC-97-17. The 
application vull be available lor public inspection Monday through Friday in Room 658,1919 M SL, MW,
