1. The Chief, Compliance and Litigation Branch, Enforcement and Consumer 
Information Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, has under consideration the 
above-captioned formal complaints filed on May 23, 1991, by Sounds and Things, Inc. 
d/b/a Communications Professionals ("Sounds and Things") against Southwestern Bell 
Mobile Systems, Inc. and San Antonio SMSA Limited Partnership. 
2. By letter dated May 19, 1999, Sounds and Things informed the 
Commission that it no longer desires to continue to prosecute this matter.1 This request is 
unopposed. 
3. Good cause having been shown, we believe it is in the public interest to 
dismiss these cases and terminate this proceeding. 
4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4(i) of the 
Communications Act of 1934, as amended,2 and Section 0.331 of the Commission's
