This Erratum corrects portions of the appendices in the Order in the above captioned proceeding, FCC 97-95, which was released by the Commission on March 14, 1997. These errors were corrected prior to publication of the Order in the Federal Register. 2. Section 101.45 is amended by adding a new subparagraph (h) to read as follows: § 101.45 Mutually exclusive applications (h) Renewal applications will not be included in a random selection process. ***** 3.
