On January 7, 2000, the Commission issued the First Report and Order in the above-referenced proceeding. 1 Both in the text of the Order 2 and in Section 27.13( b) of the Commission’s implementing regulation, the specific date as of which a license issued for the 747- 762 MHz and 777- 792 MHz bands will terminate was erroneously identified as January 1, 2014. The correct date is January 1, 2015, as reflected in the text of the Order. 3 The Order states that the license term will end eight years beyond the date as of which incumbent broadcasters are required to have relocated to other portions of the spectrum, i. e., December 31, 2006. The heading and spectrum references in Section 27.13( b) are also corrected to conform to the text of the Order 4 by amending the reference “746- 764 MHz and 776- 794 MHz bands” to “747- 762 MHz and 777- 792 MHz bands.” Section 27.13( b), as corrected, reads as follows: (b) 747- 762 MHz and 777- 792 MHz bands. Initial authorizations for the 747- 762 MHz and 777- 792 MHz bands, will extend until January 1, 2015, except that a Part 27 licensee commencing broadcast services will be required to seek renewal of its license for such services at the termination of the eight- year term following commencement of such operations. 2. In Section 27.66( b) of the Commission’s regulations, the date as of which a fixed service common carrier’s application for voluntary discontinuance, reduction or impairment of service will be automatically granted, absent opposition, is amended from “30” to “31” days to conform to the text of the 1 Service Rules for the 746- 764 and 776- 794 MHz Bands, and Revisions to Part 27 of the Commission’s Rules, WT Docket No. 99- 168, First Report and Order, FCC 00- 5 (rel.
