 On  March  7,  2000,  the  Common  Carrier  Bureau  announced  in  a  Public  Notice  the  proposed  universal  service  contribution  factor  for  the  second  quarter  of  2000.  1  This  erratum 
 amends  the  Public  Notice  as  follows: 
 Amend  the  second  line  of  page  4  by  changing  “first  quarter”  to  “second  quarter.”
