WT Docket No. 99- 168
ERRATUM
Adopted: March 10, 2000 Released: March 14, 2000
By the Chief, Policy Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:
On January 7, 2000, the Commission issued the First Report and Order in the above- referenced proceeding. 1 The map of the geographic areas for licensing, Appendix C, incorrectly indicated the license
area for the Gulf of Mexico. In order to be consistent with the text 2 and Section 27.6( b)( 2) of the Commission’s implementing regulations, the map has been modified to accurately depict the lines which
define the license areas: 1. the perimeter boundary is defined by the mapping data for EA176; 3
2. the line of demarcation between EAG3 and EAG5 is that portion of the boundary between the Western and Central Gulf Planning Areas 4 contained within the perimeter of EA176.
A corrected Appendix C is attached.
