On June 9, 2000, the Commission released an order granting a motion to dismiss with prejudice a complaint concerning payments for unauthorized international telephone calls charged to credit cards issued by complainants. This order was incorrectly released as DA 00- 576. The above- captioned order has been reassigned as DA 00- 1357. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to sections 4( i), 4( j), and 208 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S.
