On January 7, 2000, the Commission issued the First Report and Order in the above-referenced proceeding. 1 The First Report and Order and implementing regulations amended, inter alia, paragraphs (b) and (e) of Section 27.15 of the Commission’s Rules. By this Errata Notice, Section 27.15 is further amended in paragraph (a)( 1) by deleting the reference therein to “Section 27.324” and substituting in lieu thereof a reference to “Section 1.948 of this chapter.” This amendment reflects that Section 27.324 was removed from Part 27 and the text recodified at Section 1.948 of the Commission’s Rules on practice and procedure, to consolidate the Commission’s licensing rules into a single set of rules for all wireless radio services. 2 Section 27.15( a)( 1), as corrected, reads as follows: (a) Eligibility. (1) Parties seeking approval for partitioning and disaggregation shall request from the Commission an authorization for partial assignment of a license pursuant to § 1.948 of this chapter. 1 Service Rules for the 746- 764 and 776- 794 MHz Bands and Revisions to Part 27 of the Commission’s Rules, WT Docket No. 99- 168, First Report and Order, FCC 00- 5 (rel. Jan. 7, 2000) (First Report and Order). 2 See In the Matter of Biennial Regulatory Review – Amendment of Parts 0, 1, 13, 22, 24, 26, 27, 80, 87, 90, 95, 97, and 101 of the Commission’s Rules to Facilitate the Development and Use of the Universal Licensing System in the Wireless Telecommunications Services, WT Docket No. 98- 20; Amendment of the Amateur Service Rules to Authorize Visiting Foreign Amateur Operators to Operate Stations in the United States, WT Docket No. 96- 188, RM- 8677, Report and Order, 13 FCC Rcd 21027 (1998). 1 Federal Communications Commission 2 2. In the First Report and Order, we adapted the licensing framework established in Part 27 for “Wireless Communications Services” in the 2305- 2320 MHz and 2345- 2360 MHz bands to the 746- 764 MHz and 776- 794 MHz bands. We amended the definition of “Wireless Communications Services” in Section 27.4 and the language of several other sections in Part 27 to reflect this. By this Errata Notice, we make additional conforming amendments to Part 27. The title for Subpart D is amended to read as follows: Subpart D -- Competitive Bidding Procedures for the 2305- 2320 MHz and 2345- 2360 MHz Bands. The title for Section 27.201 is amended to read as follows: § 27.201 2305- 2320 MHz and 2345- 2360 MHz bands subject to competitive bidding. Sections 27.201, 27.202, 27.205( a), and 27.209( a), the example following Section 27.210( d)( 3)( ii)( C), and examples 1 and 2 following Section 27.210( d)( 5), are amended to clarify that these sections apply to WCS in the 2305- 2320 MHz and 2345- 2360 MHz bands by removing the phrase “WCS” in each section and replacing it with the phrase “WCS in the 2305- 2320 MHz and 2345- 2360 MHz bands.” 3. On March 9, 2000, the Commission issued the Second Report and Order in the above-referenced proceeding. 3 The Second Report and Order and implementing regulations added, inter alia, a new Subpart G to Part 27 governing Guard Band Managers. By this Errata Notice, we amend the cross reference in Section 27.308 to add a reference to Subpart G. Section 27.308, as corrected, reads as follows: § 27.308 Technical content of applications. All applications required by this part shall contain all technical information required by the application forms or associated public notice( s). Applications other than initial applications for a WCS license must also comply with all technical requirements of the rules governing the applicable frequency band (see subparts C, D, F and G of this part, as appropriate). 4. On June 30, 2000, the Commission issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in this proceeding. 4 In the Order we amended Section 27.50 to specify the power limits for different types of stations operating in the various 700 MHz bands. By this Errata Notice, we amend the text of Section 27.50( b)( 2) to clarify that the power limit for fixed stations transmitting in the 776- 777 MHz band and the 792- 794 MHz band is 30 watts ERP. Section 27.50( b)( 2), as corrected, reads as follows: 3 Service Rules for the 746- 764 and 776- 794 MHz Bands and Revisions to Part 27 of the Commission’s Rules, WT Docket No. 99- 168, Second Report and Order, FCC 00- 90 (rel.
