 Note:  This  Erratum  is  a  re-  release  of  the  January  29,  2001,  Erratum  in  the  above  captioned  docket  for  the 
 purpose  of  publication  in  the  FCC  Record. 


 1.  We  issue  this  errata  to  make  two  corrections  to  the  Competitive  Networks  Report  and 
 Order.  1  First,  we  correct  the  ordering  clause  in  paragraph  188  to  read  as  follows:  “IT  IS  FURTHER 
 ORDERED  that  the  Commission  WILL  PUBLISH  a  document  in  the  Federal  Register  announcing  the 
 effective  date  of  the  revisions  to  Section  1.4000  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  1.4000,  set  forth  in 
 Appendix  B,  and  the  revisions  to  Section  68.  3  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  68.  3,  set  forth  in 
 Appendix  B,  upon  OMB  approval  of  the  information  collection  requirements  contained  in  these  revisions.” 


 2.  Second,  we  correct  the  citation  in  the  last  sentence  of  Section  (b)(  4)  of  the  demarcation 
 point  definition  set  forth  in  Appendix  B  to  read  as  follows:  “47  C.  F.  R.  §  68.110(  c).”
