 ERRATUM  to  Report  No.  2450 
 PETITIONS  FOR  RECONSIDERATION  OF  ACTION  IN  RULEMAKING  PROCEEDINGS 
 On  November  7,  2000,  the  Commission  issued  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2450  listing  Petitions 
 for  Reconsideration  filed  in  the  matter  of  the  Revision  of  the  Commission’s  Rules  to  Ensure 
 Compatibility  with  Enhanced  911  Emergency  Calling  Systems  (Docket  No.  94-  102).  The 
 Public  Notice  erroneously  listed  the  petition  filed  by 
 Robert  M.  Gurss,  Attorney  for  Association  of  Public-  Safety  Communications  Officials-International, 
 Inc.  (APCO),  on  09/  20/  00.  The  APCO  petition  filed  pursuant  to  Section 
 1.106  of  the  Commission’s  rules  was  the  subject  of  a  separate  public  notice  released  on 
 September  29,  2000  (DA  00-  2231),  which  established  the  period  to  file  oppositions  and 
 reply  thereto  as  October  10,  2000,  and  October  17,  2000,  respectively.  Therefore,  the 
 APCO  petition  is  hereby  removed  from  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2450,  published  in 
 the  Federal  Register  on  November  15,  2000,  65  FR  69014,  and  no  additional  time  is 
 afforded  parties  to  address  the  petition.
