 WIRELESS  TELECOMMUNICATIONS  BUREAU  ANNOUNCES 
 COMMERCIAL  WIRELESS  DIVISION  PERSONNEL  ACTION 


 The  following  personnel  action  has  been  announced  in  the  Wireless 
 Telecommunications  Bureau’s  Commercial  Wireless  Division: 


 Kathy  Harris  Named  Deputy  Division  Chief: 
 Katherine  M.  Harris  has  been  named  Deputy  Chief  (Legal)  in  the  Wireless 
 Bureau’s  Commercial  Wireless  Division.  Since  1987,  Harris  has  been  a  partner  in  the 
 telecommunications  practice  at  the  law  firm  of  Wiley,  Rein  &  Fielding,  focusing  in 
 recent  years  primarily  on  wireless  policy,  transactional,  and  licensing  issues.  Harris  has 
 served  in  a  number  of  management  positions  at  Wiley,  Rein  &  Fielding,  including 
 oversight  and  training  of  junior  attorneys.  She  was  previously  an  Associate  Attorney  at 
 the  same  firm  and  at  the  law  firm  of  Kirkland  &  Ellis.  Harris  holds  a  J.  D.  from  Harvard 
 Law  School,  and  a  B.  A,  summa  cum  laude,  from  Whitman  College.
