 This  is  to  correct  an  error  in  the  listing  for  SpaceData  International,  LLC  in  Public  Notice,  Report  No.  SAT-  00060,  DA  00-  2670 
 (released  November  27,  2000).  The  words  "for  six  months"  should  not  have  been  included  in  the  first  sentence.  The  first 
 sentence  is  corrected  to  read  as  follows: 


 On  August  4,  2000,  SpaceData  International,  LLC  (SDI)  filed  an  application  to  operate  the  Tracking  and  Data  Relay  Satellite 
 System  (TDRSS)  on  a  time-  share  basis  pursuant  to  Sections  301  and  303(  c)  of  the  Communications  Act.

 18.3-  18.8  GHz  bands  for  its  service  downlink  from  the  73  degree  W.  L.  orbital  location  and  to  include  C-  band  frequencies  for  certain 
 TT&  C  operations.  Specifically,  it  intends  to  coordinate  spectrum  in  the  3.700-  3.7035  GHz  and  4.1960-  4.1995  GHz  bands  for 
 downlink  (telemetry)  functions  and  5.8565-  5.8600  GHz  and  6.4205-  6.4240  GHz  bands  for  the  uplink  (command)  functions.

 Modification 


 KaStar  109.2  Acquisition,  LLC  has  filed  an  application  to  modify  its  Ka-  band  authorization  to  include  C-  band  frequencies  for  certain 
 TT&  C  operations.  Specifically,  it  intends  to  coordinate  spectrum  in  the  3.700-  3.7035  GHz  and  4.1960-  4.1995  GHz  bands  for
