 The  following  attachment  supplements  and  replaces  Attachment  B  of  the  Public  Notice  released 
 December  1,  2000,  (“  Qualified  Bidder  Public  Notice”)  announcing  87  qualified  bidders  for  the  auction  of 
 licenses  in  the  C  and  F  Block  Broadband  PCS  spectrum.  1  Specifically,  this  Public  Notice  adds  further 
 detail  to  Attachment  B  of  the  Qualified  Bidder  Public  Notice  by  identifying  which  of  the  licenses  selected 
 on  each  qualified  bidder’s  FCC  Form  175  are  subject  to  open  or  closed  bidding.
