S./ CANADA BORDER The Federal Communications Commission, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and Industry Canada have signed an interim Arrangement setting forth sharing requirements along the U. S.- Canada border for the U. S. Local Multipoint Distribution Service, the Canadian Local Multipoint Communications Service and certain other services in the 27.35- 28.35 GHz (27 GHz), 29.1- 29.25 GHz (29 GHz) and 31.0- 31.3 GHz (31 GHz) frequency bands.
