 memoranda  reporting  oral  presentations,  if  they  relate  to  docket  proceedings,  are  available  for  inspection  and 
 copying  from  the  appropriate  docket  in  the  FCC  Reference  Center  (Room  CY-  A257,  445  12  th  Street,  SW 
 Washington,  D.  C.)  The  FCC  Reference  Center  is  open  Monday  through  Friday,  9:  00  AM  to  4:  30  PM.  After 
 a  brief  period,  presentations  concerning  non-  docketed  proceedings  are  available  only  in  the  appropriate
