 Reconsideration  in  CC  Docket  No.  96-  98  and  CC  Docket  No.  99-  200  and  Second  Further  Notice 
 of  Proposed  Rulemaking  in  CC  Docket  No.  99-  200,  (FCC  00-  429)  in  the  above-  captioned 
 proceeding.  This  errata  corrects  the  following  errors  in  the  released  text  prior  to  publication  of  the 
 summary  of  this  item  in  the  Federal  Register  or  of  the  complete  item  in  the  FCC  Record: 


 1.  One  page  1,  in  the  heading  and  page  76,  in  paragraph  191,  change  Comment  Date  to 
 February  14,  2001,  and  Reply  Comment  Date  to  March  7,  2001. 


 2.  On  page  9,  paragraph  14,  replace  the  third  sentence  with:  “Moreover,  we  delegate 
 authority  to  the  Chief  of  the  Bureau  to  provide  a  comprehensive  audit  plan,  including  detailed 
 audit  procedures  for  both  “for  cause”  and  random  audits.”
