 Congratulations  to  Michael  Powell  on  his  designation  as  Chairman  of  the  FCC.  We 
 worked  well  together  as  colleagues,  and  I  expect  that  good  relationship  to  continue  now  that  he  is 
 Chairman.  I  look  forward  to  working  together  to  address  the  pressing  communications  issues
