 1.  This  Erratum  corrects  the  Order  and  Authorization  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding, 
 DA  00-  2796,  which  was  released  on  December  20,  2000. 


 2.  Paragraph  15  of  the  Order  and  Authorization  erroneously  refers  to  the  ITU  “bringing  into 
 use”  date  for  a  Ka-  band  satellite  at  the  67°  W.  L.  orbit  location  as  “June  2005,”  with  footnote  33 
 misstating  the  specific  date  as  “June  25,  2005.”  In  addition,  the  ordering  clause  at  paragraph  22 
 incorrectly  identifies  the  milestone  date  for  Loral  CyberStar,  Inc.  to  launch  and  operate  the  Orion  F11 
 satellite  at  the  67°  W.  L.  orbit  location  as  “June  25,  2005.” 


 3.  Upon  further  review  of  the  ITU  Advanced  Publication  Information  for  Ka-  band 
 operations  at  the  67°  W.  L.  orbital  location,  the  correct  “bringing  into  use”  date  for  the  67°  W.  L.  orbit 
 location  is  July  2,  2005. 


 4.  We  correct  these  errors  by  deleting  the  words  “June  and”  from  the  second  and  fourth 
 sentences  of  paragraph  15,  and  by  substituting  the  date  “July  2,  2005”  in  place  of  “June  25,  2005”  in 
 footnote  33  and  in  the  ordering  clause  at  paragraph  22  of  the  Order  and  Authorization. 


 5.  This  correction  has  been  made  prior  to  publication  in  the  FCC  Record,  and  thus  will  be 
 incorporated  into  the  published  document.
