AmericaSky Corporation (AmericaSky), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, and STET International Netherlands N. V. (STET), a corporation organized under the laws of The Netherlands, pursuant to Section 310( b)( 4) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S. C. Section 310( b)( 4), hereby petition the Commission to find that it is in the public interest to permit STET to hold an indirect ownership interest in AmericaSky of 54.76 percent, which is in excess of the 25 percent statutory limit. In addition, the applicants petition the Commission to find that the public interest is served by allowing a variety of Chilean investors to have small indirect investments of less than 25 percent in AmericaSky, but in the aggregate reaching 45.24 percent. STET is a wholly- owned subsidiary of Telecom Italia S. P. A. AmericaSky, a U.
