 WTB  TO  ELIMINATE  PAPER  FACT  SHEETS 
 In  an  effort  to  provide  the  most  current  information  to  consumers  in  a  timely  manner,  the  Wireless 
 Telecommunications  Bureau  intends  to  stop  publishing  paper  fact  sheets  effective  April  1,  2001. 


 The  information  published  on  the  Fact  Sheets  is  easily  accessible  from  the  Wireless 
 Telecommunications  Bureau  internet  website  at  http://  www.  fcc.  gov/  wtb  under  Wireless 
 Communication  Services.  WTB  has  the  technology  and  staff  to  immediately  update  the  web  pages  as 
 changes  occur,  thus  providing  the  most  up-  to-  date  information  at  all  times.  Users  can  view  the 
 information  and  print  out  a  copy  if  necessary,  eliminating  the  need  to  submit  a  written  or  verbal  request 
 to  the  FCC  to  obtain  the  document  and  wait  for  it  to  arrive  in  the  mail. 


 The  FCC’s  Consumer  Center  will  provide  copies  of  the  web  information  to  consumers  who  do 
 not  have  access  to  the  internet.  For  further  information,  call  toll  free  1-  888-  CALLFCC  (1-  888-  225- 
 5322).
