 Re:  Separate  Statement  on  AOL-  Time  Warner  Merger  Report  and  Order 
 Today  I  released  my  separate  statement  on  the  Report  and  Order  authorizing  the  transfer  of  CARS  licenses  from  Time  Warner  to  AOL.  I  voted  to  approve  the  transfer  for  the  reasons  set 
 forth  in  my  separate  statement.
