 PETITIONS  FOR  RECONSIDERATION  AND  CLARIFICATION  OF  ACTION  IN 
 RULEMAKING  PROCEEDING 


 On  March  9,  2001,  the  Commission  issued  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2471,  listing  Petitions  for 
 Reconsideration  filed  in  several  docketed  proceedings.  In  particular,  the  petitions  filed  in  the  matter  of  the 
 Federal-  State  Joint  Board  on  Universal  Service  (CC  Docket  No.  96-  45)  were  listed  on  the  public  notice 
 in  order  for  the  agency  to  complete  an  administrative  house  cleaning  effort. 


 This  erratum  is  intended  to  correct  the  filed  date  for  a  petition  and  note  the  rule  section  in  which  the 
 petition(  s)  were  filed.  The  corrections  are  as  follows:

 15260.  Accordingly,  Oppositions  to  petitions  appearing  on  the  Public  Notice  must  be  filed  by  April  2, 
 2001,  and  Replies  to  an  opposition  must  be  filed  by  April  12,  2001.  No  additional  time  is  afforded  parties 
 to  address  the  petitions  due  to  the  release  of  this  erratum.
