This Erratum makes a minor correction to the final rules in Appendix B of the Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 00- 403, in the above- captioned proceeding, which was released on November 20, 2000. 1 Specifically, Appendix B is corrected to read that Section 90.179 of the Commission’s Rules is amended by revising paragraph (i) instead of paragraph (g). A summary of the Balanced Budget Act Report and Order, including the final rules, was published in the Federal Register, 66 Fed. Reg. 86 (January 2, 2001), and in the FCC Record, 15 FCC Rcd 22709 (2000).
