 On  March  16,  2001,  Intelsat  LLC  filed  Information  Regarding  Post-  Privatization  Distribution 
 Arrangements.  This  information  was  filed  in  response  to  the  International  Bureau’s  request  in  its  recent 
 Order  Adopting  Protective  Order  for  the  most  recent  versions  of  the  Novation  Agreement,  Distribution 
 Agreement,  and  any  other  relevant  documents  relating  to  the  distribution  issue.  1  At  the  time  of  the  request, 
 the  Bureau  stated  that  Intelsat  LLC  would  be  able  to  submit  the  requested  documents  under  the  Protective 
 Order  adopted  by  the  Bureau  in  it’s  Order  Adopting  Protective  Order.  The  Commission  also  stated  that 
 “information,  such  as  specific  pricing  terms,  that  might  be  both  commercially  sensitive  and  beyond  the 
 scope  of  the  Commission’s  review”  could  be  redacted.  2  As  a  result,  Intelsat  LLC  has  submitted  three 
 documents  under  Protective  Order  with  certain  redactions.  Intelsat  LLC  has  also  submitted  a  cover  memo 
 for  which  it  has  not  requested  any  protection  or  confidential  treatment. 


 The  three  documents  submitted  under  the  Protective  Order  will  therefore  be  available  to  interested 
 parties,  under  the  conditions  detailed  in  the  January  29  Order  Adopting  Protective  Order. 


 Comments  will  be  due  April  6,  2001.  Reply  comments  will  be  due  April  13,  2001.
