In particular, the public notice listed the petitions filed in the matter of the Federal- State Joint Board on Universal Service (CC Docket No. 96- 45) and Access Charge Reform (CC Docket No. 96- 262). The Public Notice erroneously listed two petitions filed on December 6, 1999, by Jim O. Llewellyn, David G. Frolio and C. Claiborne Barksdale, Attorneys for BellSouth Corporation and Barry A. Friedman, Attorney for Arya International Communications Corporation. Please be advised that both petitions for reconsideration were the subject of a separate public notice released on March 31, 2000, Report No. 2399, 65 FR 18334, which established the period to file oppositions and reply thereto as April 24, 2000, and May 4, 2000, respectively. Therefore, the BellSouth Corporation and the Arya International Communications petitions are hereby removed from the Public Notice for Report No. 2471, published in the Federal Register on March 16, 2001, 66 FR 15260, and no additional time is afforded parties to address these petitions.
