 RE-  RELEASE  OF  PUBLIC  NOTICE  UPDATING  FILING  REQUIREMENTS  FOR  BELL  OPERATING  COMPANY 
 APPLICATIONS  UNDER  SECTION  271  OF  THE  COMMUNICATIONS  ACT 
 On  March  23,  2001  the  Commission  issued  a  Public  Notice  updating  the  filing  requirements  for 
 Bell  Operating  Company  applications  under  47  USC  Section  271.  1  We  stated  that  we  would  re-  release 
 the  Public  Notice  after  OMB  approval  had  been  obtained.  The  Section  271  information  requirements 
 contained  in  the  March  23,  2001  Public  Notice  were  approved  by  OMB  on  April  13,  2001.  2  The  approval 
 expires  on  October  31,  2001.  We  are  now  re-  releasing  the  attached  March  23,  2001  Public  Notice,  with 
 no  changes  to  the  substantive  filing  requirements,  satisfying  our  statement  that  we  would  re-  release 
 following  OMB  approval.
