C. 20554 In the matter of Revision of the Commission’s Rules to Ensure Compatibility with Enhanced 911 Emergency Calling Systems ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) CC Docket No. 94- 102 ERRATUM Adopted: May 14, 2001 Released: May 15, 2001 By the Chief, Policy Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau: 1. On May 10, 2001, the Policy Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released an Order in the above- referenced proceeding (DA 01- 1188) denying confidential treatment of certain materials that AT& T Wireless Services, Inc. (AT& T) submitted with its request for waiver of the Enhanced 911 (E911) Phase II Location Technology Implementation Rules. In the list of exhibits for which confidential treatment was denied, the Order inadvertently omitted one of two exhibits reporting Grayson Wireless (Grayson) trial test results. Therefore, this erratum corrects the list of exhibits for which confidential treatment is denied in paragraph one of the Order to include Exhibit E, Grayson E911 Trial (Urban Denver, CO): Technical Summary. 2. Because this erratum modifies the scope of the Order, any party electing to file an application for review of the Order may do so within five business days from the date of the release of this Erratum. 1 FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Kris A.
