 memorandum  opinion  and  order,  DA  01-  1523,  NSD-  L-  00-  019,  approving  BellSouth 
 Telecommunications  and  BellSouth  Corporation  petitions  for  Limited  Modification  of  LATA 
 Boundaries  to  Provide  Expanded  Local  Calling  Service  (ELCS)  between  various  exchanges  in 
 Louisiana.
