 follows: 
 2.  Amend  the  DA  number  by  changing  the  number  in  the  top  right-  hand  corner  from  “DA  00-2344”  to  “DA  01-  1703.” 


 3.  Amend  the  adopted  date  from  “July  12,  2001”  to  “July  13,  2001.”
