 ERRATUM

 By  the  Deputy  Chief,  Accounting  Policy  Division,  Common  Carrier  Bureau: 
 On  August  16,  2001,  the  Common  Carrier  Bureau  released  an  Order  denying  the  Request 
 for  Review  filed  by  Cleveland  Municipal  School  District,  Cleveland,  Ohio,  and  affirming  the 
 School  and  Libraries  Division's  decision  to  deny  funding  for  discounted  services.  This  Erratum 
 corrects  the  following  non-  substantive  errors  in  the  released  text  of  the  Order  issued  on  August 
 16,  2001. 


 1.  Amend  Paragraph  6  by  replacing  the  phrase  in  the  second  sentence 
 “You  may  not  seek  for  ineligible  service,  entities,  and  uses”  with  “You  may  not  seek 
 support  for  ineligible  services,  entities,  and  uses”, 


 2.  Amend  Paragraph  8  by  adding  a  new  footnote  number  20  at  the  end  of  the  third 
 sentence  and  renumbering  subsequent  footnotes.  The  new  footnote  20  will  read  as  follows: 
 “Universal  Service  Order,  paras.  459-  60.
