 This  erratum  corrects  the  Public  Notice  issued  on  September  4,  2001,  by  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau, 
 seeking  comment  on  a  request  from  Cingular  Wireless  LLC  for  a  waiver  of  the  Commission’s  E911  Phase  II  rules.  1 
 The  third  sentence  in  the  third  paragraph  of  the  Public  Notice  is  corrected  to  read  as  follows: 


 “Cingular  claims  that  TruePosition  has  guaranteed  that  its  technology  will  meet  the  Commission’s  accuracy 
 requirements  for  network-  based  solutions.”
