 ENFORCEMENT  BUREAU  ANNOUNCES  NEW  ATTORNEYS  TO  SUPPORT  COMPETITION  ENFORCEMENT 
 Washington,  DC  --  The  FCC  Enforcement  Bureau  announced  today  that  it  has  hired  five 
 new  attorneys  with  significant  litigation  experience  to  support  the  Bureau’s  competition 
 enforcement  efforts. 


 FCC  Chairman  Michael  K.  Powell  said:  "This  enhancement  of  the  Enforcement  Bureau's 
 legal  staff  with  experienced  and  talented  litigators  will  enable  us  to  do  a  more  effective  job  in 
 implementing  our  strong  commitment  to  swift  and  strong  enforcement  of  the  Commission's 
 rules." 


 Information  about  the  new  attorneys  and  their  positions  in  the  Enforcement  Bureau  is  set 
 out  below.  They  all  will  be  starting  within  the  next  two  months.
