 On  September  21,  2001,  the  Commission  released  the  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking 
 (FCC  01-  263)  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  The  Further  Notice  seeks  to  reexamine  the 
 Commission’s  cable  ownership  rules  as  affected  by  the  recent  court  decision  in  Time  Warner 
 Entertainment  v.  FCC.  These  errata  correct  the  following  non-  substantive  errors  in  the  released 
 text  prior  to  publication  of  the  complete  item  in  the  FCC  Record.
