SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Report and Order concerning issues related to the ability of noncommercial educational (NCE) television stations to use excess capacity on their digital television (DTV) channels for commercial purposes. 4 CABLE SERVICES TITLE: Implementation of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992; Development of Competition and Diversity in Video Programming Distribution: Section 628( c)( 5) of the Communications Act: Sunset of Exclusive Contract Prohibition.
