 PETITIONS  FOR  RECONSIDERATION  OF  ACTION  IN  RULEMAKING  PROCEEDING 
 On  September  27,  2001,  the  Commission  issued  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2505 
 listing  a  Petition  for  Reconsideration  filed  in  the  matter  of  Deployment  of  Wireline  Services 
 Offering  Advanced  Telecommunications  Capability  (CC  Docket  No.  98-  147).  The  Public 
 Notice  erroneously  listed  the  petition  filed  by  Jonathan  E.  Canis,  Attorney  for  Association 
 for  Local  Telecommunications  Services  et.  al.,  on  09/  19/  01  as  PR  Docket  No.  98-  147.  The 
 correct  Docket  No.  is  CC  Docket  No.  98-  147.  The  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2505  was 
 published  in  the  Federal  Register  on  October  04,  2001,  66  FR  43516,  and  no  additional
