 On  September  6,  2001,  Telesat  Canada  filed  a  Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling  requesting  the  Commission  add  the  satellite  listed  below 
 to  the  "Permitted  Space  Station"  list  created  by  the  Commission  in  the  DISCO  II  First  Reconsideration  Order.  [See  Amendment  of 
 the  Commission's  Regulatory  Policies  to  Allow  Non-  U.  S.  Licensed  Space  Stations  to  Provide  Domestic  and  International  Satellite
