 1.  On  September  17,  2001,  we  released  an  order  granting  the  request  of  the  Illinois 
 Consolidated  Telephone  Company  (ICTC)  and  Odin  Telephone  Exchange  Inc.  (Odin)  for  a  waiver  of  the 
 definition  of  “study  area”  contained  in  the  Part  36  Appendix-  Glossary  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  This 
 erratum  corrects  the  following  errors  in  the  released  text: 


 The  file  number  DA  01-  1583  in  the  upper  right-  hand  corner  of  the  first  page  is  replaced  by  DA 
 01-  2258. 


 In  the  first  paragraph,  second  sentence,  “Odin”  is  replaced  by  “ICTC”  and  “ICTC”  is  replaced  by 
 “Odin”.  In  the  third  sentence  of  that  paragraph,  “ICTC”  is  replaced  by  “Odin”  so  that  the  new  paragraph 
 will  read  as  follows: 


 In  this  Order,  we  grant  a  request  from  the  Illinois  Consolidated  Telephone  Company  (ICTC)  and  Odin 
 Telephone  Exchange,  Inc.  (Odin)  for  a  waiver  of  the  definition  of  “study  area”  contained  in  the  Part  36 
 Appendix-  Glossary  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  This  waiver  will  permit  ICTC  to  alter  the  boundaries  of 
 its  Illinois  study  area  to  remove  the  Oblong  and  Martinsville,  Illinois,  telephone  exchanges,  which  it  is 
 transferring  to  Odin.  This  waiver  will  also  permit  Odin  to  alter  the  boundaries  of  its  Illinois  study  area  to 
 include  the  acquired  exchanges.
