 INFORMATION 


 The  Commission’s  official  duplicating  contractor  is  Qualex  International.  They 
 perform  duplicating  and  research  services  for  the  agency  under  FCC  Contract  No. 
 CON01000025  (effective  August  28,  2001).  Qualex  works  with  the  Consumer  Information 
 Bureau’s  Reference  Information  Center  (RIC)  and  provides  primary  document  search/  retrieval 
 and  high-  speed  duplication  services  to  the  public,  for  a  fee,  and  access  to  self-  operated  copy 
 machines  located  in  the  RIC. 


 Copies  of  licenses,  lists  of  licenses  and  all  manner  of  other  FCC  documents,  which  are 
 not  restricted  from  public  access,  are  available  through  Qualex  located  in  Room  CY-  B402. 
 Customers  wishing  to  sign-  up  for  subscription  services,  request  research  services,  purchase  a 
 debit  card  or  establish  an  account  can  contact  Qualex  at  202-  863-  2893  or  by  email  at
