 DIRECTV  Enterprises,  Inc.  has  filed  a  request  for  Special  Temporary  Authority  to  operate  its  DIRECTV  4S  satellite  at  the  110.55° 
 W.  L.  orbital  location  for  an  eight-  week  period  following  the  launch  of  the  satellite  to  conduct  in-  orbit  tests.  At  the  completion  of 
 testing,  DIRECTV  will  move  the  DIRECTV  4S  satelilte  into  its  assigned  location  of  101.2°  W.  L.
