 This  erratum  corrects  the  the  Ex  Parte  Public  Notice  released  November  1,  2001,  (  2  of  2  ) 
 listing  an  Ex  parte  presentation  made  by  BellSouth  in  Docket  No.  CC  97-  172  to  the  Secretary  on 
 October  26,  2001.  The  type  of  presentation  should  be  changed  to  read  written,  instead  of  oral.
