January 10, 2002 FCC TO HOLD OPEN COMMISSION MEETING THURSDAY, JANUARY 17, 2002 The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2002, at 9: 30 a. m. in Room TW- C305, at 445 12th Street, S. W., Washington, D. C. The meeting will focus on a comprehensive review of FCC policies and procedures by the Commissioners and senior agency officials. Presentations will be made in three panels: Panel One consisting of the Chiefs of the Mass Media Bureau, the Cable Service Bureau and the Common Carrier Bureau. Panel Two consisting of the Chiefs of the Consumer Information Bureau and the Enforcement Bureau. Panel Three consisting of the Chiefs of the Office of Engineering and Technology, the International Bureau, and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
