This erratum makes the following corrections to the Report and Order and final rules as released on January 18, 2002. 1 These corrections will be incorporated in the summary of the Report and Order published in the Federal Register. 2. On page 76, paragraph 188, the text of the paragraph is revised to read as follows: “Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 Analysis. This Report and Order contains either a new or modified information collection. The Commission is seeking immediate approval for the information collection contained herein pursuant to the “emergency processing” provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. See 5 C. F. R. § 1320.13. The Commission will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of the information collection.” 3. On page 77, paragraph 189, the text of the final sentence of the ordering clause is revised to read as follows: “The information collection contained in these rules will become effective upon OMB approval.” 4. In Appendix B, on page B- 3, the text of Footnote NG149 of Section 2.106 is revised to read as follows: “The frequency bands 54- 72 MHz, 76- 88 MHz, 174- 216 MHz, 470- 512 MHz, 512- 608 MHz, and 614- 698 MHz are also allocated to the fixed service to permit subscription television operations in accordance with part 73 of the rules.” 5. In Appendix B, on page B- 5, the heading of Section 27. 10 is revised to read as follows: “Regulatory status.” 6. In Appendix B, on page B- 6, the text of Section 27. 11( d) is revised to read as follows: “698- 746 MHz band. Initial authorizations for the 698- 746 MHz band shall be for 6 or 12 megahertz of spectrum in accordance with § 27.5( c).” 7. In Appendix B, on page B- 8, the text of the final sentence in Section 27. 60( b) is revised to read as follows: “The locations of existing and proposed TV/ DTV stations during the period of transition from analog to digital TV service are given in part 73 of this chapter and in the final proceedings of MM Docket No. 87- 268.” 11.
