 Modification 


 Mobile  Satellite  Ventures  Subsidiary  LLC  has  filed  an  application  for  modification  of  its  space  station  license  for  its  L-  band  MSAT-  2 
 satellite.  MSV  Sub  seeks  to  relocate  certain  Tracking,  Telemetry  and  Command  (TT&  C)  functions  to  Canada,  where  TT&  C  functions 
 will  be  performed  by  Telesat  Canada.

 Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling 


 On  February  2,  2002,  Hispasat,  S.  A.  filed  a  letter  requesting  the  Commission  to  add  its  HISPASAT-  1B  satellite  to  the  "Permitted  Space 
 Station"  list  created  by  the  Commission  in  the  DISCO  II  First  Reconsideration  Order.  [See  Amendment  of  the  Commission's
