 accepted  for  filing,  inadvertently  identified  the  transferor  as  Wireless  One  of  North  Carolina,  L.  L.  C.,  instead  of  the  correct  transferor  WorldCom,  Inc.  In  addition,  MDS  station  KNSC266 
 was  erroneously  listed  as  being  transferred;  the  correct  station  is  KNSE266.  All  other  particulars  remain  the  same.
